You have 14 days from receiving your package. Simply contact our customer service at 03-9466444 (phone or WhatsApp) to arrange the return. Send the item back via registered mail, or we can send a courier for a shipping fee of just ₪35.

Product Warranty

Warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects only. All rubber parts such as nose pads and temple tips are replaced free of charge, even after the warranty period ends.

The warranty does not cover lens scratches or damage from unreasonable use. Warranty service is provided at the importer's stores only. For purchases made on our website or at the brand store, there's no need to keep receipts or warranty cards — everything is on file with us.

If details are missing, the warranty has expired, or the issue is not classified as a manufacturing defect, the customer will be charged for repair costs according to the company's price list.
